Advanced Online registration:
- Applicants need to visit to the official site that is josaa.nic.in.
- On the home page press on the appropriate link
- Now login with Roll Number and Password and after that fill registration form correctly with all required details.
- Press tab “Confirm Registration” and submit the filled Registration Form.
JEE
Advanced Choice Filling & Locking:
- Against, candidates should login to the using User ID, Roll No and Password.
- Press Choice Available option and after that choose several branches, courses and institutes from available list according to your wish.
- Choose minimum 50 choices on or before the last date according their preferences.
- You may change / edit the choices only before the submission of choices.
- If you forget to lock their choices before last date, filled choices will be locked automatically.

Advanced Online Seat Allotment:
- Seats will be allotted to the students on the basis of their rank in Joint Entrance Examination Advanced, total number of seats, choices of colleges and category etc.
- All the candidates will be intimated about the allotted college or institute through email registered at time of filling application or SMS on registered mobile number.
- Candidates, who are allotted any college, should download the seat allotment letter.
Reporting
at the Allotted College:
- Within a few weeks of seat approval, all the Indian Institutes of Technology and Indian School of Mines will issue their reporting schedule on the official site.
- The schedule and venues for starting courses will be pronounced individually.
- pplicants have to report at the allotted college in a given time period.
